About the registration fee: ComplianceNG charges a one-time fee based on your agent type — ₦7,000 for Digital Agents, or ₦10,000 for Community Agents (which includes a printed banner, ID card, and table stand). It trains you on the platform and how to onboard clients properly, and gets you into our growing agent community for ongoing support.

A Digital Agent (₦7,000) works entirely from their phone — no shop or kiosk needed. A Community Agent (₦10,000) is someone with a physical location — a POS stand, business centre, or small kiosk — and gets everything a Digital Agent gets, plus a printed banner, a physical ID card, and a table stand so walk-in clients can find and trust you.
If you have a store, kiosk, or any fixed spot where people already come to you, Community Agent is usually the better fit. If you don't, Digital Agent covers everything you need to get started. If you're unsure, chat with us and we'll help you decide.
There's no fixed salary and no ceiling. You earn 30% every time someone you refer pays for a service, plus ₦5,000 for every new agent you bring in. Active agents who refer a steady stream of clients and agents can earn ₦50,000 to ₦100,000 or more in extra income a month — it scales with how much you share.
It's a one-time fee, not a monthly charge. It covers training you on how to use your referral link, onboard clients correctly, and navigate the ComplianceNG platform — plus your materials (digital or printed, depending on your agent type) and access to the agent community.
Yes. If you get a shop or kiosk after joining as a Digital Agent, reach out to us and we'll help you upgrade to a Community Agent kit.
No. Whether you're a Digital or Community Agent, all you really need is people who already trust you — friends, family, your customers, your neighbours. We handle the training.
Once your referred client pays ComplianceNG, your commission is calculated automatically and added to your balance on your agent dashboard. You can request a withdrawal to your bank account once your balance meets the minimum payout amount.
As soon as you sign up, pay your registration fee, and your identity is verified, your account is activated and your referral link goes live. You can start right away.
